Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable $100 deposit or 40% of total package booked is required to secure all colour appointments and is fully redeemable on your service.

Confirmation messages are sent out 1 week prior to your appointment. Please make sure to reply to confirm or call the salon to reschedule. We require at least 48 hours notice for any changes to appointments, and reserve the right to cancel your appointment if we do not receive confirmation within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time. Should your appointment fall on a Tuesday or Wednesday we require notice by the previous Saturday. Please be mindful that if your appointment is first up, it is very unlikely we are able to fill your appointment slot.
Any client who cancels, reschedules or makes changes such as adding or removing services to an appointment within 48 hours of their scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of their total booking. Any client who does not show to their appointment will then be required to pay 100% of their total booking and a new deposit will be requested for any future appointments.

In the event of sickness, please let us know as soon as possible. Appointments can be rescheduled one week later with lower cancelation fee with management approval, however if an appointment is not rebooked, it will be treated as a cancellation during the notice period.

Please be respectful of our time. We pride ourselves to show up for you to create beautiful hair, If you don't show up to a confirmed appointment, someone else could be missing out.

Bringing guests to your appointment
We ask that you come alone to your appointment. Franki the Salon provides a luxury experience for our guests and we are an adults only (14+) sanctuary with limited space and seating. There are exposed stairs, chemicals, hot tools, scissors and furnishings which are unsuitable for children and it is impossible to supervise a child fully while relaxing at the basin. If you have a baby who needs to come with you, please request with management at the time of booking.

Online Bookings
Online bookings will be confirmed by text, email or phone. Until your booking request has been confirmed by us it is not guaranteed. If you are in doubt as to whether you have a booking, please confirm by phone on 02 4353 6160

Colour Guarantee
We want you to love your hair! We are a full service salon and all of our colour work includes a blow-dry finish as standard, with the option to upgrade to a cut. This is so that we can check your colour when it is dry and make sure that you are happy with it. If for any reason you are not happy with your service, you have 14 days in which to contact us and we will be happy to make any adjustments that are required subject to management approval. We do not offer refunds on services, products or change of mind. We take pride on our in depth consults to have a clear and realistic expectation.
